Saudi comparison

  • Saudi pushes the same terrain through the Human Capability Development Program, which bundles education, lifelong learning, values, and skills into a formal program architecture with annual reporting.
  • Saudi has also been reporting labour-linked human-capital indicators such as TVET enrollment and training throughput more aggressively than Oman has so far.
